Terms and Conditions for TextNow SIM Card Giveaway
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FREE SIM CARD. QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED.
Eligibility
The TextNow SIM card giveaway (the “SIM Giveaway”) is limited to the first 200 submissions for each day of the Campaign Period, and only to those participants who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of submission. Only one submission per person is permitted - duplicate submissions may be disqualified. The SIM Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of TextNow, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the SIM Giveaway. The SIM Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The SIM Giveaway is void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules
By participating, you (“Participant” or “You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of TextNow as final and binding as it relates to the content and result of the SIM Giveaway.
Campaign Period
The SIM Giveaway starts at 10:00am EST, October 24, 2022, and ends at 2:59pm EST on October 27, 2022.
Free SIM Giveaway
Every day during the Campaign Period, a new photo containing a hidden SIM card (think “Where’s Waldo?”) will be posted on TextNow’s Instagram page (“IG”). Participants who find the SIM card are required to click on the link provided in the IG bio to be redirected to another page with the same photo and hidden SIM. Participants are required to click on the hidden SIM in the photo of the redirected page to gain access to a checkout link for input of shipping information and submission for a free SIM. The first 200 daily submissions that meet the eligibility requirements shall be qualified to receive a free TextNow SIM card for a total of 800 Winners during the Campaign Period. The retail value of the TextNow SIM card is $0.99 at the time of the SIM Giveaway. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted except at TextNow’s discretion. The submissions are nontransferable. TextNow will cover shipping expenses of the SIM cards to any US based address, however any other related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, if applicable, shall be the sole responsibility of Participant. No substitution of SIM card or transfer/assignment of SIM card to others or request for the cash equivalent by Participant is permitted.
How to Enter
To enter the SIM Giveaway simply find the hidden SIM card and be one of the first 200 Participants to complete and submit the shipping information, and TextNow number as prompted on TextNow’s IG during the Campaign Period. The shipping address provided must be a U.S. shipping address. and the number must be a TextNow number. The entry must fulfill all SIM Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to receive a SIM Card. Submissions that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TextNow.
Limited Quantities
Quantities are limited - up to a total of 800 SIM cards will be distributed as part of the SIM Giveaway. The SIM Giveaway forms will automatically close each day of the Campaign Period once the first 200 submissions are received.
Participant Notification
Once an eligible submission has been received, Participants shall receive a confirmation e-mail from TextNow. TextNow shall have no liability for Participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Participants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or shipping address. If Participant cannot be contacted or is ineligible, the SIM card will be forfeited. Receipt by Recipient of the SIM card offered in this SIM Giveaway is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY PARTICIPANT (AT TEXTNOW ‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN PARTICIPANT’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SIM GIVEAWAY.
Terms & Conditions
TextNow reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the SIM Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond TextNow’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the SIM Giveaway.
Disclaimers
TextNow shall not be responsible and disclaims all liability with respect to non-functioning or incorrect shipping addresses, SIM cards lost or stolen in transit, or other events outside of TextNow’s control. TextNow is not responsible for and will not replace any SIM cards lost or stolen in transit. SIM cards are provided “as is”, and TextNow does not guarantee SIM card compatibility with your phone. Information submitted to TextNow, and use of TextNow services are subject to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use on the TextNow website.
