Your TextNow Account page is where you can manage all the information related to your wireless account, such as the plan you're on, your payments, your phone number, even your device. Use this guide to find out how to use "My Account" for all your phone needs.
On the TextNow app, you’ll find My Account just under your phone number in the main menu of the app. Online (if you're using a desktop computer or laptop), you’ll find it on the left-hand menu (labelled as "My Wireless Account") after you log into your account.
Tap on My Account to open the My Account page:
Whew, that’s a lot of options! Let's go through what all these options mean.
This is where you can check on your current plan (whether it's our Free Flex Plan, or one of our flexible unlimited data plans!), see when it renews, and upgrade to one of our unlimited data options.
This section shows your method of payment (if you have one), as well as your purchase history and account balance. You can change your method of payment by tapping on Payment Methods.
Pro tip: Your account balance can either be used toward international calls or your data purchase.
Here is where you can change your phone number, or move your service to another phone.
Manage Phone Number: Start a porting request or get information to port your number out of TextNow.
Manage Device: Here’s where you can swap your service to another compatible device.
