Yes. Your phone must be carrier unlocked to use TextNow Wireless. If it’s locked, contact your current carrier to unlock it.

Not always. Available features depend on your device. Some phones may not support 5G, eSIM, or hotspot.

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. It lets you activate wireless service without a physical SIM card.

If your phone supports eSIM, you’ll see it in your results. You can also check if eSIM activation is available in the app menu while logged in. 

Some phones support using both eSIM and a physical SIM. This depends on your device model. 

Yes, if your phone is compatible with a physical SIM card. If it is, you can order a SIM card and activate your service that way. 

Yes. If your phone supports eSIM, you can switch during or after activation.
