In addition to the TextNow Terms of Use (available at https://www.textnow.com/legal/terms-of-use) and the TextNow Privacy Policy (available at https://www.textnow.com/legal/privacy), these Account Credit Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to eligible users selected to receive an account credit in an amount determined by TextNow (the “Account Credit”), which credit may be redeemed as part of the purchase of an eligible TextNow service.  

 By using the Account Credit, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

1.    Account Credit Redemption and Validity

• The Account Credit holds no cash value and is exclusively redeemable as part the purchase of a TextNow service. If you use the Account Credit as part of the purchase of a TextNow service, any subsequent refund will exclude the Account Credit amount.

2.    Abusive Use or Violation of TextNow Terms of Use; Changes to the Terms

• TextNow reserves the right to change or rescind the Account Credit, as well as any end user's ability to redeem the Account Credit at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (whether committed directly or indirectly), abuse, or any violation of these Terms as well as any agreement (if one exists) between you and TextNow or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
• TextNow may update these Terms at any time and will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you notice of the update.
