She brings nearly 15 years of experience to TextNow, most recently as VP, eCommerce and Digital Marketing at health insurance marketplace eHealth. Raquel will oversee user growth and customer experience as TextNow scales, reporting to Chief Growth Officer Ken Willner.
With prices rising for everything from gas to groceries, TextNow’s mission to democratize reliable phone service is more relevant than ever. As consumers search for new ways to break up with their expensive phone plans and demand rises for TextNow’s free, ad-supported wireless service, Raquel will focus on expanding the TextNow audience, overseeing performance and retention marketing, product strategy and developing and implementing an omnichannel growth strategy.

An experienced mobile executive with a track record of scaling app-based businesses, Raquel oversaw mobile revenue growth at Shutterfly from less than $1 million to $250 million and led the team that built mobile gaming into a billion-dollar business at Electronic Arts.
