Looking for help with something TextNow related? Read on for an introduction to our Self-Help Portal – your one-stop shop to get answers and support for TextNow.

Where is it?

Online you can head over to help.textnow.com or you can find a link to it at the bottom-right of every page of our website TextNow.com, under the ‘Support’ heading.

It can also be found directly in the TextNow app from the main menu by tapping on Support:

How it works?

Both of these options will lead you to our Online Support Center, as seen below.

We’ve curated articles and video tutorials with all the information needed to help you navigate your TextNow account.  

In this section you can find more on managing your account, activating your SIM card, basic trouble shooting and so much more! To find what you’re looking for simply enter your topic or question into the search bar and check out all the related articles.  

If you’re still having trouble finding what you need, you can reach out to our Live Chat.  You’ll find the chat in the bottom right of every page on help.textnow.com. You can use it to type questions in English and the chatbot will go fetch the relevant articles for you.

And finally, if all those options are still no help in finding the answer to your questions, then you can talk with one of our support agents on that same chat window.
