Customer Spotlight: Joni & Joe

Joni & Joe hail from Florida, primarily (one suspects) for the proximity to Disney World. Joni’s a distributor for Young Living, and Joe works as a forklift operator. (You can check out Joni’s website here.) They were kind enough to let us ask them some questions about TextNow, and here’s what they said!

‍TextNow: Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your family?

Joni: I am a work-at-home mom to a very active 2 year old boy.

‍Joe: I am a forklift operator for Taylor Farms.

‍Joni: We have been married 4 years and moved to Central Florida a little over a year ago.

‍What are some of your favorite pastimes?

Joni: Work (I honestly love being a Young Living distributor and teaching others how to live a chemical free lifestyle!) I love being at home with my son, watching him grow and learn, and of course Walt Disney World!

‍Joe: Fishing, hunting, sports. Basically anything outdoors.

‍How long have you been a TextNow customer?

Joni: I have been a TextNow customer since February 2017

‍Joe: I joined not long after Joni did in March 2017

‍Why did you decide to join TextNow?

Joni: I decided to join TextNow after not being able to pay our phone bill after Joe got laid off of work. When you live 13 hours away from all your family and friends and you have a toddler, you need a phone. I downloaded the app to my previous phone so I could keep in touch with everyone. I had no idea TextNow offered smartphones, I thought it was strictly a texting app. So once I started looking into it, the prices were extremely affordable and the phones that are offered are really great smartphones and unbelievably affordable prices!

‍Joe: When my wife told me about TextNow and she was getting a phone I decided to get one also because it was affordable

‍What’s your favorite thing about TextNow?

Joni: Honestly, I can keep updated with life back in Louisiana, I can talk to everyone via phone call, texting, social media and not break the bank to pay the bill each month. I can also keep up with my Young Living business with so much ease!

‍Joe: I can choose the plan that is right for me

‍How does TextNow fit into your life?

Joni: TextNow is a huge part of my life. Whether I’m doing professional or personal business on my smartphone, I know it’s reliable service. I don’t have to worry about dropped calls or missing text messages.

‍Joe: I am able to keep in touch with my family in Louisiana

‍What would you say to people who are considering trying TextNow but are on the fence?

Joni: Give it a shot. What do you have to lose? TextNow does EXACTLY what those other, more well known companies do and a much cheaper price. And who doesn’t love to save money?

‍Joe: You will save a lot of money. You don’t have to worry about a $200 bill every month

‍Have you tried any other texting apps, and if so how would you compare them to TextNow?

Joni: TextNow is the only texting app I have ever tried. It had 5 stars in Google Play Store and that was good enough for me.
