1. Eligibility: The TextNow SIM card giveaway (the “SIM Giveaway”) is limited to the first 4,000 submissions, and only to those participants who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of submission. Only one submission per household is permitted - duplicate submissions may be disqualified. The SIM Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of TextNow, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the SIM Giveaway. The SIM Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The SIM Giveaway is void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you (“Participant” or “You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of TextNow as final and binding as it relates to the content and result of the SIM Giveaway.
3. Campaign Period: The SIM Giveaway starts at 12:00am EST, March 9, 2022 and ends the earlier of (i) the date and time upon which TextNow receives the first 4,000 submissions, or (ii) at 11:59pm EST on April 30, 2022.
4. How to Enter: To enter the SIM Giveaway simply complete and submit the Shipping Information form, as prompted by TextNow during the Campaign Period. The shipping address provided must be a U.S. shipping address. The entry must fulfill all SIM Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to receive a SIM Card. Submissions that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TextNow.
5. Free SIM Giveaway: The first 4,000 submissions that meet the eligibility requirements shall be eligible to receive a free TextNow SIM card. The retail value of the TextNow SIM card is $0.99 at the time of the SIM Giveaway. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted except at TextNow’s discretion. The submissions are nontransferable. TextNow will cover shipping expenses of the SIM cards to any US based address, however any other related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, if applicable, shall be the sole responsibility of Participant. No substitution of SIM card or transfer/assignment of SIM card to others or request for the cash equivalent by Participant is permitted.
6. Limited Quantities: Quantities are limited - up to a total of 4,000 SIM cards will be distributed as part of the SIM Giveaway. The SIM Giveaway forms will automatically close once the first 4,000 submissions are received.
7. Participant Notification: Once an eligible submission has been received, Participants shall receive a confirmation e-mail from TextNow. TextNow shall have no liability for Participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Participants’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or shipping address. If Participant cannot be contacted or is ineligible, the SIM card will be forfeited. Receipt by Recipient of the SIM card offered in this SIM Giveaway is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY PARTICIPANT (AT TEXTNOW‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN PARTICIPANTS’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SIM GIVEAWAY.
9. Terms & Conditions: TextNow reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the SIM Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond TextNow’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the SIM Giveaway.
10. Disclaimers: TextNow shall not be responsible and disclaims all liability with respect to non-functioning or incorrect shipping addresses, SIM cards lost or stolen in transit, or other events outside of TextNow’s control. TextNow is not responsible for and will not replace any SIM cards lost or stolen in transit. SIM cards are provided “as is”, and TextNow does not guarantee SIM card compatibility with your phone. 11. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use: Information submitted to TextNow, and use of TextNow services are subject to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use on the TextNow website.
