Scan the QR code to view TextNow on the App store. If you see an update button, be sure to press it to ensure you have the most recent version of the app.

Confirm that your iPhone has a physical SIM card tray. If it does, Use the provided SIM card popper to eject the SIM card tray from your phone.

If you do not have a physical SIM tray, we are working to add Esim support in the near future. If you purchased a SIM that you cannot use, contact Customer Care for a refund.

All iPhones use the Nano SIM Card. Punch out the appropriate size carefully as shown, insert it into your SIM tray, and slide it back into your phone.

Create or sign in to your TextNow account through the mobile app, Open the menu and tap the Activate your SIM Card button and follow the on screen instructions.

When prompted, enter the last 4 digits of your ICCID number which can either be found on your SIM card, or in your settings at General>About>ICCID.

To reset your network connection, turn on airplane mode, wait for 10 seconds, and then turn it off.

Test your connection by turning off your wifi and placing a call or sending a text within the TextNow App.
